Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative where you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our clients. We are looking for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for customer satisfaction.
We are hiring 2 dispatchers. 1 day shift Monday - Friday 9 am - 5:30 pm. 1 night shift Monday - Friday 6:30 pm - 3 am
**Duties:**
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution
- Process orders accurately and efficiently in our system
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed
- Provide support to the sales team with order processing and logistics coordination
**Skills:**
- Experience with shipping receiving processes
- Familiarity with Datatrac or similar software
- Knowledge of Datatrac system is a plus
- Understanding of fleet management and supply chain operations
- Exposure to freight, GIS, logistics, GPS technologies
- Proficiency in using phone systems for customer interactions
