Anchor Talent has partnered with a mid-sized Engineering firm based out of Fort Worth to identify a Civil Engineer to join their team(s). As the Engineer, you will oversee all design projects to include planning, designing, and partner with teams on construction and maintenance of structures and facilities such as airports, railroads, roadways, channels, irrigation projects, pipelines, bridges and water/sewage systems.
Responsibilities
- Design and perform project management tasks; create and track budgets, oversee all scheduling of projects, review construction documents as needed
- Partner and oversee Designers and Graduate Engineers to create civil drawings and mock-ups
- Analyze and interpret survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photography, and other topographical or geologic data
- Design transportation or hydraulic systems and structures, following construction and government regulations and standards
- Provide technical advice regarding design, construction, and program modifications
- Manage and project quantities and cost of materials, equipment, or labor to determine project feasibility.
- Facilitate customer meetings and prepare or present reports: bid proposals, deeds, environmental impact statements, or property and right-of-way descriptions.
- Perform construction administration duties
- Review all construction document revisions with the Engineer of Record.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related degree
- 2+ years of experience designing civil structures and site development.
- Intermediate skill level in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office.
- Texas Engineer in Training Certificate (EIT)

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
