Job Summary:
We are looking for a part-time office helper to help with the organization of daily tasks ensuring the smooth operation of our office. The successful candidate will have very good communication skills, organizational skills, and a thorough understanding of office management procedures. This position requires a candidate who excels at critical thinking and multitasking under pressure.
We are looking to bring onboard a well-rounded person to organize and assist in organizing case work and miscellaneous tasks. The position also requires occasional rigorous labor work.
We are located in Oxnard, Ventura County. You must be able to commute to our location. This is a part-time hybrid position.
Responsibilities:
- Answering the telephone
- Filing paperwork
- Data Entry
- Organizing case files/boxes
- Facility and site cleaning
- Stuffing envelopes
- Sorting, delivering, and sending mail
- Keeping inventory of office supplies
Qualifications:
- AA Degree Required
- Bilingual Preferred
- Admin Experience
- Clerical Expertise
- Ability to lift 15-25 lbs.
- Knowledge of office equipment
