Job Summary:
Personal Assistant for entrepreneur's Household. Seeking someone who is hard working and is willing to go above and beyond. This is a unique opportunity. Hours are flexible.
Duties:
- Organizing and book keeping client information ( Birthdays, Client Anniversary, Active status, etc. )
- Packaging and preparing gifts for clients ( Chocolates, Birthday Cards, etc. )
- Packaging and preparing low volume Merchandise.
- Cleaning and Household work
- Keeping inventory.
- Managing a calendar to ensure nothing is double booked and such.
- Contacting clients and manufacturers.
- Handling calls and correspondence with tenants
- Potentially handling and managing contractors
- Potentially handling showing and leasing out rentals.
- Running Errands or doing Requests.
Qualifications:
- Must be professional and presentable.
- Willing to learn and train on the job.
- Ability to work with Google Sheets, Docs, etc.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
This position is a hybrid between remote work and on-site work.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $15.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
