A to Z -GC Home Improvement is hiring an experienced office administrator to work within our productions department.
Job Duties
Office administrator by completing all Administrative and Customer Service tasks for all phases of construction after receipt of permit through completion of installation and final payment.
Provide customers with the necessary information concerning each step of their project, offering the highest level of Customer Service as their primary contact.
Communicate to the customer the schedules for all phases of the job including foundation installation, precise layout, material order, prefabrication, aluminum installation, inspection, and punch list.
Accurately record and track all information concerning the project in the paper file.
Partner with all members of the team to ensure efficient project flow.
Handle service and warranty requests.
Other projects as assigned by the Project Managers and Production Department Manager
Report and record new jobs in the Monthly calendar report and Project Lead time report.
Call every new customer once project enters production to review the sales contract and scope of job. Make sure the homeowner understands what they are getting done.
Update any changes or information to be made in the customers notes section with time/date stamp and initials.
Process new jobs that arrive after the salesman close the deal. Scan documents provided in the folder, seal the folder, submit the customers information, record every new customer, and give the customer a welcome intro phone call (Customer service duties)
Assist project managers with phone calls, payments, schedule, and all phases through a project
Place orders and coordinate with sub-contractors.
Work with permitting department to ensure efficient project flow
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
