Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties including answering phones, managing emails, and maintaining files.
- Track and report sales activities of agents.
- Coordinate and support event planning activities.
- Provide administrative support in Insurance transactions.
- Manage front desk operations and greet visitors.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining office supplies.
- Support with customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with team members on various projects as needed.
Experience:
- Proven experience in clerical and administrative tasks.
- Familiarity with office management procedures.
- Experience in Excel is a must.
- Knowledge of event planning principles is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience working at a front desk or in customer support roles is preferred.
- Willingness to attain your insurance license within first 6 months of employment.

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- No nights
