Schedule sales appointments and assist sales personnel in closing jobs and manage the day to day scheduling of installations and ensure that jobs are ready for installation. To assist the sales department in maintaining a positive, productive open line of communication between the customer, and all company departments.
Responsible for the creation of job folders, contacting customers regarding scheduling issues, and making sure customer needs are met. Qualified applicants will have a high school diploma and some experience in the HVAC field is preferred.
