We have full-time available for first shift (9am-6pm OR 10am-7pm) or second shift (noon-8pm OR 2pm-10pm). These openings have temp to hire potential! Candidates must be willing to work every third Saturday.
Job Responsibilities will include:
1. Answering incoming inquiries from customers via telephone, email or web chat.
2. Providing compassionate service by delivering first contact resolution for the customer.
3. Strengthening relationships by educating customer on products and services available.
4. Listening with care to customers and patiently and calmly respond to their needs/inquiries.
5. Meeting quality and efficiency requirements set forth by employer.
