We are seeking Energy Consultants who can help find and sell customers on solar. In this position, you will be the first point of contact and assist the customer through the process of going solar!
This is an independent sales contractor position, and your earnings will be based on commissions only.
Job description.
- Qualify homeowners for solar during in-home consultations
- Build a customer base through self-generated and company-provided leads and appointments
- Manage your time by effectively scheduling and prioritizing your daily work activities
- Travel to and conduct sales meetings within customers’ homes
- Develop leadership qualities through our Mentor Program
- Participate in weekly team meetings and training designed to help you improve
- Earn what you are worth
- Maintain a social media presence
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
- Evaluate emerging technologies
- Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
- Other duties as assigned based on office needs
- Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, instruction, and all safety rules
