Job Description:
- Answer customer inquiries, assist walk-in customers
- Take new reservations from callers and walk-ins
- Provide excellent customer service
- Work varied shifts as needed
- Perform other duties as required
Job Requirements:
- 1 – 2 years previous customer service or dealing with the public
- 1+ year handling multiple phone lines
- Software experience with Word, Excel, and Outlook and other Internet applications
- Some experience using scheduling and/or reservation software helpful, but will train the right person
- Cash handling experience
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Patience and a sense of humor
Satisfactory completion of each of the following:
- Background investigation
- Drug test
