Purpose of Position
This position provides professional, administrative assistance and serves as the first point of contact for visitors, contractors, and vendor representatives. This position performs highly responsible, administrative tasks, including planning, coordinating and/or directing all office operational activities, communications, supplies, printing, purchasing, report compilation, forms management and technical support.
Physical Demands of the Position

Occasionally must stand, walk, stoop and crouch. The use of common hand tools and occasionally sharp tools may be used.
Work Environment and Condition

Most time will be spent in an air-conditioned/heated office environment, requiring sitting and keyboarding for long periods of time. Requires ability to change duties responsibilities quickly.

Light dock work may be required.

Must have good dexterity with ability to hand operate office equipment such as computer/laptop, calculator, fax machine, photocopier, printer/scanner, switchboard telephone, laminator, paper shredder, booklet binder, and video conferencing devices.

Ability to exert light physical effort in sedentary to light work, typically involving lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling.
Equipment Used-
General office equipment, including, but not limited to a computer/laptop, calculator, fax machine, photocopier, printer/scanner, switchboard telephone, laminator, paper shredder, booklet binder, and video conferencing devices.

Boxcutter, tape dispensers and other necessary shipping/receiving tools/equipment.

Utility vehicles

Software technology used may include, but not limited to, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Internet, Time Management Software (TMS), Dyanmics GP, Teams, Geographic Information System (GIS); Other software may be applied.
