Commline is a systems integrator and partner for leading communications equipment manufacturers, such as, Motorola Solutions, L3Harris, Tait, Kenwood/EF Johnson, etc. We are located in Gardena and support the Southern California region. We are a dynamic, fast growing company seeking a bookkeeper to support our company operations. Excellent organizational skills and attention to details are important qualifications for this position, as well as good customer relations and the ability to communicate clearly. The ideal candidate for this position is a skilled multi-tasker, reliable, committed and has pride in their workmanship.
Essential Functions:
- Support bookkeeping/accounting activities.
- Support general office administrative work related to the operations of the company/department/managers.
- Support purchasing and inventory activities.
- Support sales and service activities related to client accounts.
- Collect, analyze data and generate reports from various sources.
- Assist with company errands.
- Organize company events & meetings.
- May provide back-up support for other administrative employees.
Requirements/Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office.
- Experience with Sage100, MAS90 or MAS200 a PLUS!
- Extensive experience with data entry, record keeping and computer operation.
- Must be able to organize and prioritize tasks and projects.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
