Position Overview: We are seeking dedicated and dynamic Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our growing team. This role offers a unique blend of hands-on patient interaction and strategic planning, perfect for professionals looking to enhance their career in a supportive and progressive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on ABA principles that cater to the needs of children with autism.
- Provide supervision and mentorship to behavior technicians to ensure high-quality care.
- Collaborate with families and other professionals to achieve comprehensive care goals.
- Maintain regular communication and support for your caseload and team, ensuring effective implementation of therapy programs both onsite and remotely.
