The Right Choice Heating and Air is looking for an admin assistant in our Dispatch room.
Your position will require you to call our previous customers, handle incoming calls, book calls and support our customers. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Job Description
- Call and Manage Outbound / incoming calls and Generate sales leads if possible
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, if any, and follow up to ensure resolution
- Working with our field technicians making sure they have the correct job information/ dispatching them to jobs, and updating the jobs invoices in our Service Titan software portal. Plus receiving and submitting for payment.
CSR Skills:
- Customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Phone sales skill
- HVAC Experience is a plus
- Efficient with computers
- Microsoft office word and excel knowledge
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

Requirements:
- Able to arrive at work on time 8-5
- Able to be On-call - Rotating (Dispatch room rotation), you need to be available to answer phones and dispatch from home after-hours (extra pay)
