CNA (Central Supply & Scheduler)
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) will provide basic patient care under the direction of nursing staff. This includes assisting patients with activities of daily living, monitoring vital signs, and maintaining patient records. The CNA will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest level of patient care.
- Assist in ordering supply for Nursing Department
- Restock the Med room with needed supplies
- Maintain Nursing Monthly and weekly schedule
- Support Nursing staff
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature
- Assist with patient mobility, including transferring and positioning patients
- Provide basic nursing care, such as changing dressings and administering medications under the direction of nursing staff
- Document patient care activities and maintain accurate patient records
- Communicate with healthcare professionals to ensure the highest level of patient care
- Assist with patient and family education
- Adhere to all healthcare regulations and standards
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a state-approved CNA training program
- Current CNA certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift and move patients
