General Summary: This position is responsible for achieving sales and profitability, objectives, budgets, and strategic planning.
Major Responsibilities: include the following.
- Develop and maintain relationships with business partners.
- Analyze competitive vendors and implement recommendations.
- Manage day-to-day operations and direct divisions in terms of merchandise, assortments, inventory control, contract negotiations, advertising, personnel, etc.
- Develop budgets, forecasts, and goals.
- Special projects as required.
- Other duties as needed.

Education, Licenses, Certificates, Registrations and/or Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business related field or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years experience required in retail, wholesale, or related field.
Salary Range: The pay range of this position is $60k - $75k. Actual salary will be determined based off candidate's skill sets, years of experience, and other job-related factors. This range does not include benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, 401K, and additional company benefits
Compensation: 140-150K
