Vice President will plan, direct, coordinate, and oversee the clinical operations with development and process across our Primary Care and Specialty divisions to ensure that the clinics are managed and performing efficiently and effectively. The VP of Clinical Operations works to achieve the company’s financial goals and to increase operational performance. This role is responsible for maintaining awareness of the competitive landscape, development and standards, and expansion opportunities. Their responsibilities are evaluating the success of the organization, overseeing the company operations following strategic plans, interacting with top priority clients on various issues, formulating and implementing strategic plans, guiding other executive leaders when necessary, and implementing the organization's vision and mission. This position is required to be on site at all times, traveling between clinics and the corporate office. Responsibilities include oversight of directors and managers of all clinic sites.

- Oversight of all clinic operations for primary care and specialty divisions.
- Develop and implement comprehensive business development and growth strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Drive collaboration across the organization to identify needs and develop scalable solutions including but not limited to maximize efficiency related to staffing levels that match patient volumes
- Prioritize objectives and implement strategies to achieve company initiatives as part of the leadership team.
- Deploy data and research to drive operational optimization and financial performance.
- Implement all new initiatives and service lines to include management and oversight from end to end
- Identify emerging market trends, industry disruptions, and competitive landscape changes to capitalize on new opportunities.
- Collaborate with CEO to define long-term goals and initiatives that drive sustainable growth.
- Report out on the status and performance of the company's projects to the CEO and Board of Managers
- Assess the company's existing projects and decide whether to continue with them while implementing best practices to optimize efficiency, reduce cost and mitigate risk.
- Ensure overall compliance with industry regulations and quality requirements and standards
- Establish and maintain effective communication and positive relationships with providers, employees and peers.
- Provide oversight of assigned departments to influence the success of targets and Key Performance Indicators.
- Responds to CEO as assigned with accurate and timely work to facilitate company needs
- Hires, trains, develops and appraises staff effectively. Takes corrective action as necessary in a timely manner an in accordance with company policy. Consults with Human Resources as appropriate
- Demonstrates knowledge of, and supports IMS mission, vision, value statements, organization goals, standards, policies and procedures, confidentiality standards, and the code of ethical behavior
