Federal Capture Coordinator

Position Summary
ENTACT, LLC is currently seeking a Federal Capture Coordinator with experience in the geotechnical and environmental construction/remediation industry. Candidates should have earned a B.S. or B.A., possess at least 10 years’ experience capturing publicly funded, environmentally focused opportunities in the construction or engineering industry, and have a solid work ethic. Candidates should have the ability to function effectively as part of a team and have strong written and verbal communication skills. This position can be based out of any of our regional offices on an onsite, hybrid, or remote basis. Light travel is required.
Essential Job Functions
- Monitoring and sifting potential opportunities, Requests For Proposals (RFPs), Pre-solicitation Notices, and Sources Sought Notices for projects and information through ENTACT’s current bid capture services.
- Interfacing with bid capture service representatives (BidPrime, GovTribe, GovWin, etc.), utilizing public bid information sources to optimize our capture system and the depth and breadth of quality opportunities.
- Researching publicly available information to gain insight into public spend magnitude and strategy, as well as funding for upcoming large public works projects.
- Interfacing with federal, state and local entities for information and insight into contracting mechanisms, solicitation timing and design/scope development.
- Maintaining an active, healthy and up-to-date pipeline of upcoming opportunities and projects over an extended, multi-year sales cycle via research and follow-up.
- RFP proposal development coordination with operations and marketing teams.

- Job success often hinges upon interpersonal communication and relationship development skills, and job tasks require frequent interchange and successful completion depends in large part upon effective interaction and communication with others.

Primarily an office position. At time travel to offices or projects in various locations around the country may be required. The following physical activities or abilities are commonly, but not always, associated with site visits:
- Be able to stand or walk on a project site for extended durations.
- When on project sites or if performing some types of work activity wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including, but not limited to, earplugs, protective eyewear, gloves, hard hat, steel toed work boots, and high visibility safety apparel.
Work Environment
The job is primarily performed indoors in a traditional office setting and occasionally outdoors at construction sites.
