Paralegal Certification required

High School diploma or equivalent required

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a real estate paralegal position within a law firm/corporate in-house/title insurance company; must have significant experience reviewing title and processing title for commercial real estate transactions; experience with residential development is a bonus, but not required.

Excellent command of the English language; written and verbal

Attendance and punctuality imperative

Strong Microsoft Word and Excel

Daily interaction with regional real estate attorneys, various division personnel, title companies, surveyors and outside attorneys.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to operate a motor vehicle. Must be able to bend, stoop, reach, lift, walk, move and/or carry equipment in excess of 20 pounds. Must have finger dexterity to operate computer keyboard and calculator.
