We are one of the largest Sports and Trading Card companies in New England looking to grow our reach across the country. This position is for two responsibilities. The main responsibility will be the role of a sales representative that handles online customers. The secondary responsibility will be the role of a retail associate who helps customers in store when needed. Feel free to inquire about the position and what is entailed.
You must have the ability to or have the desire to learn the following abilities:
Retail Sales Associate
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate sales with customers using Shopify POS System
- Learning pricing of different products and single sports/tcg cards.
- Organization & Cleanliness of storefront
- Pricing Cards out as well as displaying them on the storefront
- Stocking out and organizing products
- Push sales and Incentivize customers to purchase products
- Informing customers of products to help influence their decision
Sales Representative
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers, build relationships/rapport with current and future clients
- Outreach to new customers and complete onboarding process
- Checking inventory for products and offering out those products to customers
- Inquire with customers about products they are looking forward to in order to gauge interest
- Completing Sales Orders in Netsuite and communicating orders to Management/Shipping Team
- Sales process of influencing customers to purchase products as well as explaining the value to them
- Manage multiple clients
- Communicate with management and shipping team to prepare for new product releases as well as sale items
Requirements & Education
- Foundational knowledge of Sports and TCG cards.
- Familiarity with Google Drive.
- Ability to quickly and accurately manipulate large amount of data via spreadsheets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills with a goal oriented attitude.
- Detail oriented and self motivating.
- Works and collaborates well with others.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- College degree preferred.
- Familiarity with Oracle Netsuite Inventory Management System

Applicants must be willing to work 40-45 hour weeks and possibly more if required.
