WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE OUR OFFICE MANAGER
Your workweek will be Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, allowing you to enjoy your evenings and weekends off.
As the Office Manager, you will start your day by greeting customers and vendors warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. You will handle incoming calls, determine their purpose, and direct them to the appropriate team members. You will manage the employee portal, oversee the check-in and check-out of trailers, and maintain customer repair logs. Your responsibilities will also include assisting with Accounts Receivable Invoices and supporting various departments, including the parts room. You will play a crucial role in marketing, advertising, and sales assistance, liaising between company leadership, employees, customers, and affiliates. Throughout the day, you will keep accurate records, maintain the service logs, assist technicians, correct estimates with accurate parts distribution, and ensure the office area is clean and organized.
