Our profit center team is a pillar of the entire organization. The Profit Center Manager role requires an individual who is motivational, goal-oriented, and relationship-driven in achieving results from the team, while maintaining employee job satisfaction. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations and development of call center staff pertaining to appointment setting, customer services & membership sales.
Responsibilities:
- Hire, onboard and train call center personnel.
- Coach call center staff through challenging customer service issues.
- Analyze call center data and prepare reports for management.
- Evaluate staff effectiveness and performance annually or on an at-need basis.
- Lead team meetings and give presentations to executives.
- Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual call center goals and action plans.
- Prepare work schedules to ensure sufficient coverage.
- Create personnel and supply budgets for approval.
- Manage the Profit Center facilities to provide a comfortable and safe work environment.
- Track data and metrics from all platforms to identify successes and areas for improvement.
Compensation/Benefits:
- Base Salary is $75,000-$85,000

Meetze Plumbing requires the successful completion of a background check and drug screen prior to the hire date. We use E-Verify to confirm the identity and work authorization of all newly hired employees. We also require all candidates to complete an I-9 form.
