McCormick Law Firm is a fast-growing personal injury law firm based in Euless, Texas. We are seeking an experienced accounting assistant. This person needs to have attention to detail, be organized, able to critically analyze, work quickly and efficiently. Must have experience with Quickbooks and Excel. Previous accounting experience in a law firm is a plus.
The primary responsibilities of an Accounting Clerk:
- Entries into Quickbooks for deposits and disbursements
- Manage incoming checks by entering into our database
- Organize and scan incoming and outgoing checks
- Expense management including data entry and payments by check
- Reconcile accounts
