Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dining establishment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a strong background in restaurant management.
Duties:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including food preparation, customer service, and staff supervision
- Ensure high standards of food quality and customer satisfaction
- Oversee inventory control and ordering to maintain appropriate stock levels
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize restaurant profitability
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver excellent service
- Handle customer inquiries, comments, and complaints in a professional manner
- Enforce health and safety regulations to create a safe dining environment
Experience:
- Proven experience in food service management or restaurant management
- Strong knowledge of food handling procedures and inventory management
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with restaurant operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and cost control
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager in the food industry is a plus
