Plate Expediter:
- The expediter builds plates for customers dining in and take out.
- Facilitates orderly construct of plate building and ensures quality food and preparation on each plate assembled.
- Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work station and adheres to Stephanie’s code of conduct.
- The expediter is also cross trained to function in other kitchen positions and can be asked to step in to assist in other kitchen areas.
Grill Cook:
- The grill cook prepares food on the grill and grill side fryer.
- Cooks food for dining and take out.
- Ensures quality food and preparation on each plate assembled.
- Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work station and adheres to Stephanie’s code of conduct.
- The grill cook is also cross trained to function in other kitchen positions and can be asked to step in to assist in other kitchen areas.
Fryer:
- The fryer prepares food on the fryer.
- Cooks food for dining and take out.
- Ensures quality food and preparation on each plate assembled.
- Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work station and adheres to Stephanie’s code of conduct.
- The fryer is also cross trained to function in other kitchen positions and can be asked to step in to assist in other kitchen areas.
Dish Washer:
- The dish washer cleans and stores all food preparation equipment, cookware,and kitchen utensils and helps to maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen.
- Selves inventory that is delivered
- Must maintain a clean and safe work station and adhere to Stephanie’s Restaurant code of conduct.
Food Prep Cook:
- The prep cook prepares food to be served each day and maintains the serving line in the kitchen.
- Ensures quality food and presentation during all food preparation.
- Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work station and adheres to Stephanie’s Restaurant code of conduct.
- The food prep cook is also cross trained to function in other kitchen positions and can be asked to step in to assist in other kitchen areas.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
