Our growing HVAC company is looking for a problem solver with a can-do attitude and a proven record of install experience in the HVAC field. You are an accomplished HVAC install tech that will meet clients at their home or place of business to troubleshoot, diagnose, and safely install a variety of HVAC equipment. You’ll also be responsible for installing indoor air quality and control systems. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must in this dynamic role, as you’ll be working with industry professionals and customers. You have the technical skills to read and apply blueprints, codes, and manuals to any job, and are comfortable with using HVAC power and hand tools to get the job done. Compensation:
$22 - $40 hourly DOE
Responsibilities:-
Comply with all applicable standards, codes, policies, and safety procedures
- Enter completed projects and the parts used into database
- Replace heating, air conditioning, air quality, refrigeration, and control systems
- Join pipes or tubing from the equipment to the fuel, water, or refrigerant source
- Tell customers how to properly use their new HVAC equipment
Qualifications:-
Applicant must have all required local and state appliance HVAC tech licenses
- Working knowledge of low voltage electrical wiring and high voltage connections
- Earned HVAC school degree and 2+ years experience working in the field as an installer
- Must have EPA 608 refrigerant recovery certification
- High school diploma or GED required
