Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Front Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a background in hotel management, exceptional customer service skills, and a passion for hospitality.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all front desk operations and ensure exceptional guest service
- Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently
- Train and supervise front desk staff to maintain high standards of service
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready for guests
- Conduct night audits and prepare daily reports
- Maintain accurate records of room inventory and financial transactions
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations
- Strong customer service and guest relations skills
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling reservations systems
- Knowledge of night audit procedures is a plus
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous in communicating with diverse guests
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills to manage a team effectively
- Fosse experience is preferred and a plus
