Essential Job Functions:
- Must be committed to providing the highest level of customer service.
- Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills in order to develop good relationships with all guests and co-workers.
- Must be able to communicate professionally and accurately with guests and co-workers both over the phone and in person.
- Must be extremely knowledgeable about the in-room dining menu in order to answer any and all questions guests may have.
- Must be able to take complete and accurate orders efficiently and with attention to detail.
- Provides guests with accurate information about the in-room dining meal delivery.
- Must be proficient in entering in-room dining orders into the point-or-sale system.
- Must be able to prioritize and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be experienced in food service, preferably in an in-room dining setting.
- Ability to address guest concerns effectively and timely and escalate as appropriate.
$14.00 to $18.00/hr based on experience + gratuities
