A minimum of five years of experience in building and site systems or strong construction background. Must have a keen eye for building detail and architectural design criteria. The successful individual will be responsible for conducting Property Condition Assessments for commercial real estate transactions. The field architect will report on building and site deficiencies, regulatory issues, and areas of deferred maintenance for high-end equity scope transactions. Façade experience is a plus. RA certification is desirable, but not required.
