- Answers new inquiry phone calls.
- Maintains continuous census and/or waitlist growth
- Documents all activity information taken into the company program.
- Conducts the required number of home visits with prospective residents each week.
- Makes a required number of direct inquiry follow-up calls per day.
- Initiates follow-up contact with prospective residents.
- Conducts sales tours for prospective residents.
- Conducts community visits and engages in networking activity for sales opportunities.
- Schedules appointments for tours and lunches.
- Completes required reports.
- Communicates sales progress, concerns and challenges with administrator and Home Office leaders
- Works with Administrator to generate ideas and coordinate functions in collaboration with Dining Services and Life Enrichment to attract potential residents and tours.
- Evenings and weekends may be required.
- Position may require driving during inclement weather.
- If applicable, works directly with the sales assistant for work week coverage and task completion.
Job Qualifications:
- Free of non-treated communicable disease
- Holds current CPR/First Aid Certification
- Maintain current drivers license
Physical Demands:
- Ability to push, pull, and lift at least 50lbs.
- Ability to bend, squat, and climb stairs.
- Ability to continuously walk or stand.
