Summary:
The Account Manager’s key objective is to ensure that Archer Exteriors, Inc. will achieve its targeted growth and profit through its strategy of territory expansion while also achieving superior client and consumer satisfaction. The Account Manager is expected to achieve this objective by nurturing existing contacts and networking to create new opportunities for Archer Exteriors, Inc.
Responsibilities:
- Develop marketing and sales strategy to grow the business to meet agreed-upon budgetary guidelines.
- Must partner with the Management Team to ensure the best possible service and effective communications to Archer Exteriors.
- Compiles market research and competitor analyses to identify market opportunities.
- Traveling to build, develop, and manage sales and marketing relationships capable of securing business to meet our sales strategies.
- Assists in integrating new clients and opportunities into the operations of Archer Exteriors and facilitates continual operating process improvement.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
- Maintains and reports daily/weekly logs of sales calls and productivity.
- Accomplishes department and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Utilize our CRM system to track sales activities and manage customer information
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university and any combination of relevant work experience and education are preferred.
- Generally, the individual will have had at least 5 - 10 years of increasingly responsible positions in sales or marketing and demonstrate maturity and presence in dealing with consumers, clients, and developers in the construction service business.
- They should be able to interface in meetings and communicate with all levels of client management.
- The position requires an individual with significant sales and marketing experience in high-growth field service environments.
- Proven experience in the new construction industry
- Strong relationships with local builders are a plus

Travel Requirements
- This position does require travel via vehicle and possible airplane, between Virginia and Maryland, other areas may be added in the future.

Skills:
- Conduct warm calling campaigns to generate leads and increase sales pipeline
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or related field
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trends
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Knowledge of technical sales processes and products
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Leadership qualities to guide a regional sales team towards success
- Exceptional communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams efficiently
