PT Billing Solution (“PTBS”) is a national organization seeking a qualified individual to join their expanding team in the role of Data Analyst.
This individual is a highly skilled individual, who is knowledgeable in outpatient physical and occupational therapy insurance procedures.

Non-negotiables of this position:
- Must be kind, positive, professional, and self-aware.
- 80-95% of the workday is on the phone with insurance providers.
- 100% in the office environment
- Must be willing to share office space with teammates.
- This team member will be open to training, input, and daily mentorship/collaboration from the PTBS & PRS operational team and leadership.
- 6+ months of therapy reporting experience.
- 6+ months of EMR experience; ModMed, Epic, WebPT, etc.
- 6+ months of reviewing, auditing, and formalizing conclusions for Claim Denial Rates, Aging A/R, and RCM metrics.
- Understands this is a in office position, located in Bowling Green, KY -no option for remote and/or Hybrid work.

- Identify opportunities to streamline billing and coding workflows to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Collaborate with billing specialists, therapists, and administrative staff to implement process improvements and best practices.
- Trend Analysis and Forecasting:
- Perform trend analysis to identify patterns in reimbursement and payment cycles.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize revenue generation and minimize financial risks.
- Communication and Collaboration:
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including therapy department managers, finance teams, and healthcare administrators.
- Collaborate with IT professionals to maintain data integrity and system enhancements related to billing and coding.
