Job Description This role is responsible for managing and motivating a team of 10 Represented Bodily Injury Adjusters to achieve inspired levels of performance and expert execution of required claim processes. This individual supports the implementation of operational initiatives that enable the achievement of Claim, Discipline, Claims Service Area (CSA) and Company business objectives. This individual develops strategies to achieve employee performance levels and the expert execution of claim processes. The individual monitors staffing levels and workloads provides coaching and mentoring and participates in performance reviews. The individual manages customer conflicts and assists with establishing unit goals and objectives. The individual delivers compassionate service that is fast, fair, and easy, to ensure customer retention.
This role will support the Casualty 300 office.
Key Responsibilities

Manages and resolves escalated customer communications, concerns, conflicts or issues.

Develops, maintains and analyzes operational and statistical data used by market claim office (MCO) and CSA staff.
Develops and maintains an environment of ethics and integrity that embraces all attributes of our shared vision.
Proactively identifies and manages risk while eliminating barriers to help achieve business results.
Manages processes to ensure delivery of compassionate service that is fast, fair and easy.
Ensures adherence to empathetic and responsive customer service in all transactions.
Effectively coaches and provides development/career guidance for direct reports.
Work Location
This position is a remote home-based role. Your home office does not need to be near an Allstate office, but it does need to be in the United States
Candidates in a Pacific Standard or Mountain Standard Timezone are preferred. Candidates in a Central Standard Timezone will be considered but should have the flexibility to work a PST/MST schedule
Preferred Experience
Ideal candidate will have combined experience in represented bodily injury claim handling and demonstrated leadership experience/capabilities

Applies advanced knowledge of claim processes, policies, procedures, and systems, including understanding coverage, liability, damage estimation, and settlements, while ensuring compliance with legal standards

Demonstrates advanced problem-solving abilities and prepares complex reports for analysis
Possesses advanced negotiation and/or arbitration skills
Demonstrates advanced conflict management and problem resolution skills when dealing with internal and external customers, including attorneys
Holds and maintains all required licenses and registrations according to state requirements for the role

Compensation Compensation offered for this role is $74,240 - 134,060 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
