PURPOSE OF POSITION & REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS
Responsible for overseeing multiple subdivisions, consisting of multiple lots, in our residential plumbing division. They will be expected to communicate with builders, field personnel and office staff to ensure project success.
REQUIREMENTS (Education, Experience, Skills, Abilities)
Education
· High school diploma/GED equivalent is required for this position.
Experience
· This person should possess one to three years of industry experience.
· A qualified candidate will have prior experience and knowledge in communicating with builders and contractors.
· Must have prior supervisory skills and an understanding of international plumbing codes.
· Must possess a Valid Driver’s License and meet the same MVR and accident criteria as drivers or organization vehicles.
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities
· Quality communication skills
· Requires timely response to emails, phone calls and any other communication efforts made to the employee in this position.
· Detail-oriented, administrative skills are a must, in order to accurately process administrative paperwork in a timely fashion.
· Time management is crucial to this position. The employee must have the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.
· Basic computer skills to include Microsoft Suite, Outlook and any other systems that will be used for successful completion of projects.
ESSENTIAL COMPONENTS
Responsibilities
· Provide timely and accurate pre and post walks for each phase of a project, evaluating job sites to ensure they are ready.
· Submitting punch list when necessary.
· Inform builder and operations team if a jobsite is not ready to begin, due to issues found in pre-walk.
· Pre-walk for rough phase and trim phase, which must be completed prior to the sub-contractors being sent to job site.
· Communicate with builders if any issues arise that should be taken care of prior to the beginning of each phase of the project.
· Develop relationships and maintain good rapport with builders to ensure successful projects in the future.
· Complete all post-walks 1-2 days after sub-contractor has finalized last stage of work.
· Create appropriate work orders for job completion if issues are found during post-walk.
· Submit purchase order request to purchasing department for appropriate number of tubs needed per site, after each slab phase is complete.
· Monitor daily schedule of installations provided by operations.
· Coordinate with builders to manage work efficiency at each job site.
· Escalate any issues or concerns that arise at a job site to the appropriate contact of management team.
· Field (out-of-office) travel is required for this position.
· Attending coordinated office meetings when called upon.
· Submit and/or Verify subcontractor purchase orders.
· Ensure all problems that arise are solved daily.
· Responsible for daily remediation of problems on job site, to include completing work in a timely manner if the scope of work is within the employees' capabilities.

· Works in a supportive and collaborative manner with department management and operations, builders, and subcontractors.
· Works with current and prospective clients in a professional manner using the highest ethics possible.
· Demonstrates the ability to interact professionally with other Hallway Plumbing employees.
· Demonstrates the ability to interact professionally with external contacts such as builders, contractors, and manufacturers.
· Coordinates with all other employees to maximize business effectiveness.
Physical Demand
· Lifts up to 75 pounds from floor to waist level and can carry such objects for at least 50 feet.
· Capable of driving and taking various forms of transportation to get to job sites.
Judgment & Decision Making
· Demonstrates good judgment and reasoning in regard to daily administration of all functions and activities associated with this position.
· Demonstrates good judgment in regard to providing information and advice to the Residential Manager and Builder in regard to priorities and important issues.
· Demonstrates good judgment in regard to escalating issues, which are beyond the scope and control of this position in a timely manner.
· Demonstrates good judgment in respecting the confidentiality of customer and company information.
· Seeks guidance and direction from appropriate members within the organization as may be required in the performance of responsibilities and duties.
Planning & Time Utilization
· Consistently demonstrates the ability to recognize and deal with priorities related to high-level administrative activities and duties.
· Uses available time during any workday in a wise and productive manner to maximize work efficiency.
· Spends reasonable additional time beyond normal working hours as may be required to meet project demands.
· Reads, responds, and takes actions daily on all emails received.
