Full time (32-40) hourly position with opportunity for overtime (September-Nov). Flexibility in schedule off-season. This position can grow into more Accounting functions and/or small store management.
The Receptionist/Admin Ass’t. is responsible for providing general office support with a variety of clerical activities including taking sales orders over the phone, customer service, answering and directing calls, and invoicing customers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Answers phones and enters orders into system. Calls back customers as needed to schedule pick-ups
· Answers and directs the callers to the appropriate associates directing to voicemail and taking messages when required.
· Provides callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company website, and product information.
· Emails/mails invoices to customers.
· May also assist with other related clerical duties such as photocopying &filing.
· Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and standards of conduct..
· Performs additional duties as assigned.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Receptionist experience preferred.
- Entering orders experience helpful.
- Strong organizational skills required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments.
Ability to work with Microsoft Office/ Excel and other software programs

Pay: $18.48 - $22.26 per hour
