Overview:
We have the best leads in the business! Due to our strategic partnerships, we are looking to place multiple W2 agents in Medicare and P&C books to cross-sell annuity and life prospects. This means you will be calling on prospects who are at or near retirement and looking for your guidance.
This role is ideal if you are a licensed annuity and life insurance agent with a client-centric business model. If you have been in the business for at least two years and have exhausted your “friends and family” list, this opportunity allows you to spend 80% of your time in appointments instead of prospecting.

We offer a simple and repeatable marketing program that helps you prospect clients and create opportunities. Our agency handles all marketing, enabling you to focus on working with clients.
You will play a critical role in helping our partner agency’s clients achieve their financial goals. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and sales skills and a passion for helping clients.
Responsibilities:
- Work with your partner agency to cross-sell life and annuity products to the agency’s existing client base.
- Use a customer-focused, goals-based needs assessment to understand clients’ unique insurance needs.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each day.
- Collaborate with internal teams and carrier partners to stay updated on product enhancements and industry trends.
- Stay current with industry regulations and compliance guidelines related to life and annuities.
- Identify opportunities for business development and growth within your assigned agencies.
- Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to better serve clients.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular updates on activities in Salesforce.com.
Requirements:
- Current SD Insurance license.
- 2+ years of experience presenting and selling to insurance clients.
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing sales environment.
- Successful track record of exceeding sales goals and quotas.
- Customer-focused mindset.
- Self-motivated and dedicated to customer service.
- Ability to conduct appointments in the office, at clients' homes, or businesses.
- Knowledge of annuity and life products.
- Position may require irregular working hours.
