Job Description: As a Client Service Associate at Longtide, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and support to our clients. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating administrative tasks, and assisting with various operational functions within the office. Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management:
· Assist our advisors and serve as the secondary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing timely assistance.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and proactively offering solutions.
2. Administrative Support:
· Assist financial advisors with administrative tasks such as account openings, transfers, and documentation.
· Coordinate operational activities including processing client transactions and managing account paperwork.
· Maintain accurate client records and update information in the firm's database.
· Prepare and distribute client correspondence, reports, and other meeting materials.
3. Client Service Excellence:
· Ensure a seamless client experience by promptly addressing client inquiries and resolving issues.
· Anticipate client needs and provide proactive support to enhance satisfaction and retention.
· Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree
· Prior experience in financial services or client-facing roles is desirable.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
· Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
