Position summary: The Client Administrative Specialist is responsible for communication and clerical duties division-wide, as well as being tasked with providing administrative support to the Commercial Client Support team. The client Administrative Specialist will continuously learn from all team members in the Client Support department to understand and learn their individual duties so that they can serve as complete back up for each position so that they are able to perform their duties when needed to avoid any interruption in Service.
Position responsibilities:
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them in-person.
- Directs visitors on the CCAC campus.
- Take incoming calls from clients
- Generate work orders for Service calls as they come in.
- Provide backup for scheduling technicians as needed.
- Generate POs for technicians.
- Provide backup for the Quotes Team when needed.
- Maintain security at the main Commercial office entrance.
- Present a professional image in all methods of communication including phone, written, or in-person
- Perform all duties in a safe manner complying with OSHA regulations and company rules.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Essential skills, knowledge, and experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 7+ years’ administrative experience required.
- Intermediate computer skills.
- Attention to detail; perceptual speed; information ordering.

The employee must occasionally lift and move up to 15 pounds. This position requires the employee to sit up to 95% of the shift. Vision abilities include close, distant, and color vision and the ability to adjust focus.
§ Work conditions:While performing the position responsibilities for this job, the employee’s workstation is located indoors with a minimal level of noise.
Hours of operation for the front desk are 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday. Overtime may be requested by the supervisor.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
