**Job Summary:**
Join a friendly, high-performing Property Management team managing a portfolio of retail, mixed-use, or office properties located within the Wasatch Front. This job is full-time and located in our corporate offices in Union Peaks. We seek a dedicated Commercial Property Manager to oversee commercial properties' daily operations and management. The ideal candidate will maintain property occupancy, oversee maintenance and repairs, and ensure tenant satisfaction.
**Duties:**
- Manage all aspects of commercial property operations, including leasing, maintenance, budgeting, and tenant relations
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs to ensure a safe and well-maintained environment for tenants
- Oversee lease agreements, rent collection, and tenant communications
- Develop and implement property management policies and procedures
- Conduct regular property inspections and address any issues promptly
- Negotiate contracts with vendors for property services
- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and emergencies in a timely and professional manner
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Proven experience in commercial property management
- Knowledge of OneSite or similar property management software
- Familiarity with property leasing laws and regulations
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills
- Excellent administrative and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in facilities management and maintenance coordination
- Ability to negotiate contracts effectively
