Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role located in Hunt Valley, MD, with flexibility for some remote work. As an Insurance Account Representative at Richardson Insurance Group, LLC, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent service. Your day-to-day tasks will include assisting clients with insurance inquiries, processing policy changes, handling billing and claims, and maintaining accurate client records. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can effectively communicate insurance information to clients and build strong client relationships.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in the insurance industry
- Strong knowledge of insurance products and policies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Proficiency in computer systems and insurance software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Licensing requirements as per the state regulations
Preferred qualifications:
- Associate or bachelor's degree in a related field
- Professional designations in insurance
- Knowledge of insurance laws and regulations
- Knowledge of Applied Epic
