As a TeleChat representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while handling inbound and outbound calls. Your main objective will be to assist customers and resolve their inquiries promptly and accurately.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and active listening skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends.
