The Security Supervisor’s main function is to provide a friendly and safe environment for guests and team members while protecting company assets.
Consistently deliver positive, courteous, and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors, and fellow employees
Exercise good judgment in solving problems and resolution of guest issues
Uphold and enforce gaming regulations, company policies, and procedures, as well as all Federal and State laws and regulations
Read, interpret, and analyze security reports and other company documents daily
Based on location, may be required to conduct investigations into a variety of internal and external incidents and create detailed reports to reflect findings
Monitor incidents resulting in loss and investigate to determine the source of the loss
Work a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of the operation, including nights and weekends when necessary
Prepare detailed incident reports in a clear and precise manner
Review all incident reports submitted by Security Officers for accuracy
Coordinate emergency situations
Evaluate the performance of officers and provide direction, coaching, counseling and recognition to ensure successful performance
Patrol the property on assigned shift, identifying potential security and/or safety hazards, and reporting same to the appropriate persons, to ensure the safety and protection of guests, employees and the entire facility
Posted Salary Range: USD $23.00 - USD $25.00 /Hr.
