Case Manager
Position Overview: The Case Manager is responsible for helping clients with their legal needs, as well as providing emotional support and resources. They must be compassionate, organized, and detail-oriented.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide legal advice and assistance to clients, ensuring that they understand their rights and obligations.

Assist clients with navigating the legal system, preparing documents, and filing paperwork.

Develop action plans to help clients achieve their goals.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions.

Monitor clients' progress and evaluate their needs.

Connect clients with appropriate resources and services.

Ensure that all procedures are followed in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field.

Experience in case management, legal assistance, or a related field.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Compassionate, understanding, and patient.
-
Attention to detail.
-
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
