Job Summary:
The Human Resources Supervisor/People Analyst, reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, will perform two primary functions. First, you will work with our business leaders and local human resources staff to provide human resources support as needed. Second, you will work with our data analytics team to refine existing metrics and develop new metrics we can activate for forward looking/predictive analytics to support the organizational goals to attract, engage, retain, and develop talent.
Responsibilities:
· You will partner with company leaders and technology teams to provide expertise in interpreting people data analytics, including providing insight to employee hiring, longevity and turnover data.
· You will project manage and deliver easily digestible analysis for regular programs, new projects, and ad hoc requests.
· You will help promote a data-driven culture, vested in deeply understanding the processes that allow workforce data capture to build and sustain high-level data quality for our talent-related information.
· You will collaborate with team members to draft actionable insights, resolve working assignments, partner in facilitating conversations with reports and metrics the team produces and developing recommendations based on findings and business context.
Qualifications:
· 5+ years of relevant professional experience in a human resources analytical role.
· 2+ years of relevant professional experience in the health care field, preferably home health care.
· You have a love for data cleaning, organizing, and analysis.
· You are motivated by supporting the human resources function.
· Bachelor’s degree in Applied Statistics/Analytics or other quantitative fields of study is preferred, but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,501.30 per year
