We are currently looking for a high-energy, results oriented Inside Account Executive, to manage and grow National Accounts to aggressively grow our business. Objectives:
- Provide the highest level of customer service - ensuring products and customers enjoy an outstanding experience
- Actively listen and learn about prospects and customers and find innovative ways of engaging with them to drive sales
- Meet sales goals and objectives set by management
- Identify and qualify prospective customers through research, networking, social selling and aggressive cold calling and reorders.
- Pursue non-closed leads and follow up on all available leads and established clients provided.
- Maintain accurate sales documentation and stay up to date with all products and services.
- Use marketing data to maximize sales effectiveness and efficiency by using relevant sales management tools.
- Selling rapid drug tests, background check service and drug test scheduling software.
- Introduce new product modifications and offerings to prospective customers.
- Effectively plan and conduct sales presentations to prospective customers.
- Collaborate with Sales team members to develop strong business leads and sales opportunities.
- Maintain customer account records including contact names and numbers.
- Provide product quotes to customers as needed.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 5 years of rapid drug testing supplies sales experience preferred.
