The Direct Support Professional Job Coach’s role is to provide job readiness and job development, on/off site job support for employed individuals with developmental disabilities, documenting all efforts in accordance with guidelines and regulations of the Supported Employment Program. This position may include working some evenings or weekends, based on the individuals’ job schedule in a variety of locations, hours, and settings.

A high school diploma or equivalent.

Experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred but not required.

Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize large volumes of activity and workload.
- Demonstrated ability to show accuracy, timeliness, and follow-up on tasks.
- Ability to interact positively and with compassion with staff and individuals served.
- Ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural setting.
- Able to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
