Job Summary
As a Family Owned, fast growing dealership, we are currently seeking a highly experienced sales manager with a successful background in both sales and sales management. Do not apply if you have less then 5 years of Sales Management experience. The perfect candidate will have the ability to manage all aspects of the dealership in sync and bring both sales and customer together in closing deals. This manager will be a go to between the customers, sales staff and the finance department. A work under pressure with positive attitude is going to be a forte for the perfect candidate. The candidate knows, First T.O. mentality is going to be the success for closing every deal. In addition, this role will require the candidate to assist the general manager and or GSM in all aspects of dealership sales and service tasks.

The perfect candidate will be expected to complete the following responsibilities on a daily basis at our stores:
Responsibility included but not limited to:
- Working leads in the CRM and pushing sales staff to be the first to followup with customers.
- Managing daily showroom activities and closing deals.
- Mandatory daily sales meetings and goal objectives
- Train, train, train sales staff by show and tell.
- Assess sales staff daily with constructive criticism.
- T.O. every customer possible to break the barriers and close deals.
- Submit customers via Dealertrack F&I to various lenders.
- Communicate with lenders to buy deals at best possible structure.
- Desk deals with most possible front end gross.
- Ensure front end maximum penetration.
Job Requirements:
- Dealertrack F&I, Dealertrack DMS, Vinsolutions Mandatory.
- Valid driver's license with good driving history.
- Vauto and trade appraisal profiency is a MUST.
- Automotive Sales Management Experience necessary.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Compliance & Fraud attentiveness Necessary
- Ability to detect and refuse a fraudulent deal.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Prior F&I & Desking experience is a MUST.
