Position Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Press Brake Operator to join our team. The Fabrication Machine Operator will play a critical role in our production process, responsible for operating and maintaining various fabrication machines to ensure the efficient and accurate manufacturing of parts and components.
Responsibilities:

Machine Setup: Set up and prepare fabrication machines for operation, including loading materials, adjusting settings, and selecting appropriate tools and programs.

Machine Operation: Operate fabrication machines such as CNC routers, laser cutters, press brakes, or shears to cut, shape, bend, or otherwise process materials according to engineering drawings, blueprints, or work orders.

Quality Control: Monitor production output to ensure that parts meet quality standards and specifications, conducting visual inspections and using precision measuring instruments as necessary.

Material Handling: Load and unload materials onto fabrication machines safely and efficiently, using appropriate equipment and techniques.

Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance on fabrication machines, including cleaning, lubricating, and performing minor repairs as needed. Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and make adjustments to ensure optimal performance.

Documentation: Maintain accurate production records, including job setup sheets, production logs, and quality inspection reports.

Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

Write basic bend programs in a machine.

Bend basic parts 90-degree bends / 8 bend panels.
