Your Role as a Regional Vice President:
The Regional Vice President (RVP) for Acadia Healthcare’s CTC division will oversee the operational, financial, and clinical performance of CTC facilities within their designated region, covering West Virginia, Mississippi, Louisiana, Georgia, Nevada, Arizona, Oklahoma, Kansas, North Carolina, Kentucky, Tennessee, and Florida. The RVP will manage a large multi-site and multi-state P&L, driven by both internal and external operations. Key responsibilities include driving financial performance, increasing patient census, ensuring clinical excellence, and leading site and service line expansions and strategic initiatives. The RVP will ensure consistent and effective internal processes and communication, positioning the organization for continued success. They will work closely with direct reports, other CTC RVPs, and the CTC Chief Operating Officer (COO) to execute strategic initiatives, optimize facility operations, and deliver high-quality patient care.
Candidates must be able to travel up to 70%.
Your Responsibilities as a Regional Vice President:

Develop and execute a regional growth strategy focused on delivering best-in-class business, financial and patient outcomes.

Provide facility-level insights and feedback to inform broader CTC strategy and operational plans.

Oversee day-to-day operations of CTC facilities and Regional Directors (RDs) within the region, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality patient care across all facilities. Build deep understanding of local market and competitive environments to inform focus on critical touchpoints along the patient journey to increase likelihood patients are able to access treatment needed at Acadia clinics.

Identify, evaluate, and implement growth opportunities, including launching De Novo sites and M&A; lead the implementation and integration of these sites to achieve operational breakeven within specified timeframes.

Drive regional financial performance by monitoring key metrics such as census, revenue, and EBITDA.

Collaborate with RDs and Clinic Directors (CDs) to develop and manage budgets, ensuring operations remain within financial limits.

Build relationships and strategic partnerships within region and communities that support growth and development.

Develop relationships with Acadia functional groups and leaders to ensure that people, systems, and processes are in place for region to scale effectively.

Build, develop, and lead a high-performing team of RDs and CDs. Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, empowerment, and continuous improvement.

Establish operational benchmarks, timelines, and resources needed to achieve strategic goals; proactively recommend and drive improvements as necessary.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required, MBA/graduate degree preferred

Minimum 10 years of professional experience in a general management role, ideally in a rapidly evolving institution.

Highly organized and ability to wear multiple hats in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment; a driving force who manages toward clarity and solutions.

A successful track record in setting priorities, shaping processes, guiding investment in people and systems, and developing an infrastructure that creates a stronger and more efficient organization.

Thorough understanding of project management; able to work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines and goals.

Excellent communication and coalition building skills with an ability to balance, negotiate, and work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders; high level of knowledge and understanding, especially as it relates to program replication, connecting programs to funding, creatively generating other resources, and building strategic partnerships.
