The Field Service Representative position is responsible for supporting special events and merchandising enough product is in the event, point of sale is properly placed, any draft issues are immediately attended to.
- Responsible for the delivery and pick up of Capex
- Responsible for Tap handle delivery and installation
- Build and maintain relationships with event staff and management.
- Act as a direct contact and provide support for the event staff and management.
- Coordinate event logistics, timelines and schedule.
- Attend the event to ensure the quality levels of food & beverage items and maintain quality standards in production services, facilities and client satisfaction.
- Responsible for proper product rotation on shelves and complying with proper product rotation standards for product freshness and quality.
- Troubleshoots problems with Straub Distributing draft equipment.
- Transport and maintain all required equipment.
- Responsible for building, setting, securing and moving displays.
- Establish and maintain friendly and professional relationships with customers
